What is EFT?
EFT, or Emotional Freedom Technique, was developed by Gary Craig,
founder of the World Center for EFT. The technique is a simple method of
tapping on a sequence of pressure points on the face and upper body while
focusing on an unwanted emotion. Cravings, phobias, stress, anxiety,
trauma, pain, poor self image and performance issues disappear with
amazing ease. The use of EFT allows for shifts in wrong beliefs that we
hold about ourselves or others that get us trapped in unhappiness. It
helps us to let go and move on from negative patterns. EFT has often been
called “psychological acupuncture” or acupuncture without needles”. Think
of EFT as acupuncture for emotions, without the needles. Free and easy to
learn, the technique is a breakthrough so effective that it is spreading
like wildfire among holistic health practitioners and people just like you
all around the world.
EFT is the fastest growing
therapeutic tool in the world.
The founder of EFT, Gary Craig, a Stanford Engineer, offers a
comprehensive resource of information about EFT on his website,
http://www.emofree.com , it is the 4th most visited health related
website on the World Wide Web.
How does it work?
EFT is based on the idea that all negative emotions are caused by a
disruption in the body's energy system. These emotions become trapped in
our bio-energetic field, like a short-circuited wire that is activated
when we think a related thought. Tapping on the body's energy meridians
clears these short-circuits. When the short is clear, the negative emotion
is gone.
Do EFT benefits last?
When an emotion is accurately "pegged," results are permanent. Some
situations are many-layered: when the obvious problem is gone, underlying
and related issues surface.

What Healthcare Professionals say from
around the world:
"In addition to several emotional issues, I have used EFT for
impressive relief for many physical problems including Hiatal Hernia,
Candidiasis and Rheumatoid Arthritis. The process is gentle and often
provides benefits where other methods fail." -- Raul Vergini, MD
Italy
"Some day the medical profession will wake up and realize that
unresolved emotional issues are the main cause of 85% of all illnesses.
When they do, EFT will be one of their primary healing tools...as it is
for me." -- Eric Robins, MD, US
"EFT has been, for me, the single most effective technique I've used in
my 45 years of practice as a psychiatrist. I've had success with panic,
social anxiety and many other disorders." -- Curtis Steele, MD,
Canada
"I have found EFT to be so useful that it has become the centerpiece of
my practice. I have used it successfully on a long list of emotional
issues, including paranoid schizophrenia. Interestingly, when the
emotional issues subside, physical ailments often enjoy simultaneous
relief. I have seen this with the symptoms of fibromyalgia and MS as well
as swallowing problems, back pains, hemorrhoids, acidity, breathing
problems, vaginitis, headaches, joint pains and stomach problems." --
