Appointments/Scheduling
We highly recommend booking appointments 48 hours in advance. One to two
weeks for Packages or High traffic
holidays (Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Etc.) and Saturdays. All services
offered have a specific time schedule and early arrive time allows for a
relaxed and unhurried experience. . If late arrival is inevitable, your
service(s) may be shorten in ordered to keep on schedule. However, you
will be charged for the full service. A credit card may be required to
reserve two or more services. For parties of two or more, a 50% down
payment is required at the time of booking.
Electronic Devices
We understand in today's world of technology that we all need our cell
phones, pager, PDA, and hand held computers. But we are all here for the
same purpose. To take a break from this fast paced world, even if it's
just for a little while. So we do request that you put all devices on
silent while you are receiving your treatments at our spa.
Cancellation/No Show Policy
A 24-Hour notice is required to cancel an appointment. Clients not
honoring this policy may be charged a $25 no show fee. A 72 hour notice is
required to cancel large party appointments to qualify for deposit refund.
Payments
We are pleased to honor Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Discover, and Bank Debit
Cards. Personal checks are accepted ($25 returned check fee)
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates must be redeemed within 6 months of the date of
purchase. With No Exceptions. Gift certificates are not
redeemable for cash and cannot be used as gratuity. Gift Certificates may
be used towards any service up to the value of the Gift Certificate.
(Doesn’t have to be used for the package or service listed) Packages are
to be done the same day. In the event that you may need to break the
package up, you can use the gift certificate for the value and pay the
difference. Gift Certificates must be presented at the time of service.
Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
